average mobility scooter. From the sexy curvature of the
adjustable front handle bars to the modern and clean lines
of the chassis, the ZIP looks more like an Object d' Art at
MOMA than an everyday people mover. This perfect fusion of
modern design and practical functionality is what sets the
ZIP apart from the competition. Powered by a 300W heavy
duty motor, the ZIP can reach up to and estimated 5mph,
enough to keep pace with company at strolling speed without
creating a nuisance to pedestrians. With the twist of an
ingenious knob, one can regulate the speed at will. The
simple yet elegant yellow lever goes forward and the red
goes reverse. With the gross weight of less than 70 lbs due
to it's light weight construction, the ZIP can easily be
stowed in the trunk of a regular size car, no SUV needed!
The professional grade battery pack can be easily removed
from the main unit. With the optional additional battery
pack, one can travel up to 3 hours of continuous riding
without worrying about running out of electricity.
