Be sure to make safety a high priority. Always wear headgear and pads for safest ride. Note that you do not need a license to ride an electric Scooter. ATV's may have restrictions in your area. The recommended age is 12 and up. Be safe and have fun.

All Scooters and ATV's come with a 30-day parts warranty. This warranty is only valid if the item malfunctions due to manufacturer defects or shipment carelessness. Our company will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of this particular item under any circumstances. This 30-day warranty covers all parts necessary to restore your product back to working condition. Warranty is valid for only 30 days after date of delivery. Shipping fees are not included under this warranty policy. If the item needs to be shipped back for parts then the buyer must pay for round trip shipping fees. Buyer must contact us via email at: scooterinfo@scootersrfun.com or phone prior to any warranty claims. www.scootersrfun.com. This 30 day warranty does not cover user negligence, error or recklessness. There are absolutely no refunds.

• Assembly safety inspection to be performed by end-customer and all operators.
   
• A 30 day limited part replacement warranty is offered to the buyer/consumer from date of purchase but Product/Scooter is otherwise sold “AS IS” by seller and no warranties are expressed or implied. See warranty details for more information.
   
• A thorough safety inspection including the brake system and tire pressure should be performed before each use of the product/scooter.
   
• Safety equipment such as helmets that are ANSI, SNELL, CPSC, or ASTM approved should be worn at all times during operation of product accompanied by elbow & nbsp; and knee pads, etc. and proper attire.
   
• Parental supervision is required at all times when product is operated by minors.
   
• Product is designed for off-road use only.
   
• Consumer is responsible for understanding federal, state, and municipal statutes and laws regarding use and/or operation of the product.
   
• Higher speeds are not recommended and may increase risk of injury.
   
• Turning at high speeds is dangerous and not recommended.
   
• Buyer and any operator must and is responsible for reading the manual before operation.
   
• No rider should operate the product/scooter under the influence of any substance that may delay or impair their ability to react.
   
• Wear all proper safety equipment during operation of Motor Assisted Vehicles/Scooters.
