   If your item is received damaged please contact us immediately. Damaged claims need to be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Damaged shipments and insurance claims will be processed as quickly as possible and rely on the processing speed of the carrier or insurer. You may be required to sign documents or to make a statement in regards to the damage or loss of the shipment. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for lost or damaged items not insured, for refusal to cooperate with the carrier or insurer, or for refusal to send back the damaged item if requested.
A CLAIM WILL BE FILED WITH THE SHIPPER FOR THE DAMAGE. I WILL DETERMINE WHAT PARTS ARE NEEDED SO THE CLAIM WILL BE PROCESSED QUICKLY. IF YOU PROVIDE PICTURES AND THE DAMAGE IS EXTENSIVE, A NEW PRODUCT MAY BE SENT OUT IMMEDIATELY. YOU WILL NEED TO HOLD ON TO THE PRODUCT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR POSSIBLE INSPECTION BY THE SHIPPER. THE SHIPPER WILL DETERMINE IF THE PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED.
