service or inspection performed by a certified mechanic. Purchaser
is also solely responsible to wear all safety equipment when
operating the product, including but not limited to: eye protection,
elbow pads, knee pads, chest protector, riding boots, riding
clothes, helmets etc.. Purchaser acknowledges that they are 18 years
of age or older. Purchaser also takes full responsibility of any
accidents, mishaps that could cause you or anyone allowed to use,
ride or otherwise occupy said ATV/Scooter. And in no way hold the
seller or any of its agent liable for any damages, injuries or even
death. The purchaser agrees to all of these terms and conditions and

WARRANTY INFO
Please note, the 30 day manufacturers warranty
applies to replacement of defective parts only and does not apply to
damaged body parts from shipping. Parts in need of replacement
during the warranty period will be provided free of charge, only S/H
will be charged to the customer.
Parts are easily replaced on these units.
